Refunds & Exchanges
We really hope you and your human love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was when received. You will have 30 days from the time you receive your goods to contact us about a return.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used products or on products that are not in the original packaging.
You will get an email notification once we’ve received and inspected your return within 1-5 business days of us receiving your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Should the item(s) not work out, you can exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund within 30 days by following this link.
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and once we receive your return back you will receive your refund.
Return products must be new and unworn, as a reminder, shipping fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
Do you offer a return shipping label?
Yes, a return shipping label will be sent to you, however, shipping costs will be deducted from the overall return amount.
What is a handling fee?
All returns are subject to a -$10.00 USD handling fee which covers the return shipping label and back end processing of the returned item(s).

Can I return a product on sale?
"On Sale" products are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
"Finale Sale" items are not eligible for a return or store credit, however, can be exchanged for the same item in a different size if available.
